You know I had to check out Pinellas County's first sourdough only bakery and café. As someone who's eaten more than my fair share of incredible Bay Area sourdough, I came in with high expectations. I ordered the Sourdough Italian, loaded with ham, prosciutto, salami, provolone, mixed greens, tomato, onion, mayo, and their house made Italian sub sauce. It was absolutely delicious. The sourdough was definitely the star of the show, it was fresh, flavorful, with the perfect chewy texture and just the right amount of tang. It's great to see a place in St. Pete dedicated entirely to artisan sourdough. If you're a sandwich lover or just appreciate quality bread made from scratch, The The Sourdough Co. is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.

The staff is courteous and friendly. The pastries are all less than $6. You are treated with a large butter plush. That should be a sign that there is butter in almost everything.

I order a chicken salad sandwich. Please look at the video. Half of the bread has NO chicken salad 🤣. Then. I order a hummus wrap. There is literally NO hummus. I take it back to show it to the person working there, they look confused. They show it to the person that made it. And she goes. Yes it’s right there. He is like half embarrassed to give it back to me. The wrap truly has 2 percent hummus. Such a cheap place. Their bread was great though and the food was good. But this is a joke.

Ordered the grilled cheese, tomato & basil soup, cosmic brownie, and smores poptart. The grilled cheese had the perfect crunch and the cheese was perfectly melted! The tomato soup is super creamy and has great flavor. The desserts are absolutely delicious and you can taste that it is homemade! There are so many options here. The staff is friendly! We also grabbed 2 of the Natalie’s juices from the fridge, clean ingredients & fresh. In total we spent $35 which is such a great price for what we got and the fresh, yummy flavors

Stopped in on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised! The food was unbelievably good. My husband and I ordered a sandwich and five desserts (because it all looked so amazing) and I was surprised at the price - it was way less than we anticipated. The atmosphere is airy and casual. The brownie was unspeakably good. I was mad at how good it was lol This is a great place for casual dining or if you have a sweet tooth! All of the staff we interacted with were cheerful and nice. We will absolutely be back again! The only thing I noticed that I would love to see improved upon is more accessibility - for example, if you have mobility issues, there is not an automatic door.
